The principals of RBA were tasked with the responsibility to lead and negotiate the acquisition of a strategic stake by a leading East African Telecom’s service provider in the TEAMs undersea cable project as well as securing capacity in SEACOM an undersea cable systems stringing across Africa.

RBP Principals played a central role in the conception, development, operationalization of Accelon, a Pan-West Africa Broadband Service Provider. The funding for the business was $30 million, and the business now operates in 6 African countries. RBA Principals were also instrumentals in managing the operation and finally the acquisition my Internet Solutions – Now Internet Solutions Nigeria and Internet Solutions Ghana.

RBP Principals played a key advisory and operational role in the the process to acquire acquisition of a Fixed WIMAX IP provider as well as the commercialization of fixed data services as part of the diversification of  a leading East African Telecommunications Service provider into the fixed data and voice markets
